Coaches: get found in ChatGPT and Claude
The short answer
Apply as a coach or training group: on Windline (cycling) at windline.tech/pages/#apply, or RunFast (running) with Add your club, choosing I'm a coach / training group. Add where you coach, what you coach, how (1-on-1, small group, online), your group sessions and your Book / contact link. Once approved, you're in livedot's answers in ChatGPT and Claude and on livedot.me/<your name>, free.
Apply as a coach
Cycling: windline.tech/pages/#apply, and choose I'm a coach or training group. Running: Add your club in the RunFast app, and choose I'm a coach / training group.
Say where you coach
Pick the suburb or town where your sessions meet, from the list. It's kept to about 100 m and never a home address.
Say what and how you coach
What you coach (road, MTB, gravel, triathlon, beginners, racing, marathon, ultra) and how (1-on-1, small group, online).
Add your qualifications, in your own words
Up to 80 characters, as you'd state them. livedot shows them as yours and never as verified or certified.
Add your Book / contact link
Your Biotree or your own booking page. It's the Book / contact button on your page and in ChatGPT. No Biotree yet? Create one free from the form.
Add your group sessions
The day, time and meeting point of each weekly session, so each shows as your next group session with its weather.
Check how you're found
Once approved, add livedot in ChatGPT or Claude and ask for a coach near your area, as a new rider or runner would.
People don't search coaching websites one by one. They ask: "Is there a personal cycling trainer in Joburg?" "Running coach near Sandton for my first marathon?" This guide is for coaches and training groups: how to list yourself free on Windline (cycling) or RunFast (running), so livedot shows you in ChatGPT and Claude and on your own page. More for organisers in livedot's organiser guides.
What does someone asking see?
With livedot added in ChatGPT or Claude (livedot.me/mcp), a question like "personal cycling trainer near Fourways" gets a card listing coaches nearest first. Each row shows:
- your photo, name and how far away you are;
- what you coach and how: "Road, gravel, beginners · 1-on-1, small group, online";
- your next group session, with the weather for it;
- Beginners welcome, if you say so;
- your qualifications, as you state them;
- Book / contact, your own link, and See their page, livedot.me/
.
The same coaches are on livedot.me/coaches by area. Nobody is listed without asking to be, and a coach with no area set isn't in a list near anywhere.
How do I apply?
| Sport | Where | Choose |
|---|---|---|
| Cycling | windline.tech/pages/#apply | I'm a coach or training group |
| Running | RunFast, Add your club | I'm a coach / training group |
A person sets up your page, usually within a day. Once it's approved, you're findable at once.
What should I put on it?
- Where you coach. The suburb or town your sessions meet in, from the list. It's rounded to about 100 m, never a home address.
- What and how. Pick what you coach and whether you coach 1-on-1, in a small group or online. These are what people filter by: "1-on-1 MTB coach", "online marathon coach".
- Qualifications. Up to 80 characters, in your own words. livedot shows them as yours. It never marks any coach as verified or certified, so name the qualification itself.
- Book / contact. Your Biotree or booking page. If you haven't got one, the form links to a free Biotree.
- Group sessions. Each weekly session with its day, time and meeting point. Your next one shows with its weather.
What shouldn't I say?
Keep to what you offer and how. Don't promise results for someone's health or fitness, and don't describe yourself as verified or certified: those words aren't accepted on the page.
Can I check it myself?
Yes. Add livedot in ChatGPT or Claude and ask as a newcomer would: "a cycling coach near" your area, or "running coach for beginners near" it. If something's missing, update your page: on Windline, in the dashboard's Get found card; on RunFast, in your club's Get found panel.
Questions
What does it cost to be listed?
Nothing. Your page, your listing and livedot in ChatGPT and Claude are free.
Can I say I'm certified or verified?
Name the qualification itself, in your own words, such as the course and level you hold. livedot shows it as yours and never shows any coach as verified or certified, so the words "verified" and "certified" aren't accepted.
Does anyone else's data show on my page?
No. Your page shows what you chose to share. Your training group's members are never listed by name to the public.
How soon am I findable?
As soon as your page is approved. A person at Windline or RunFast sets it up, usually within a day, and you're in livedot's answers at once.
Can I run a training group too?
Yes. Your page has Join the group, and your group sessions show with their weather. Members join through Windline or RunFast, with sign-in or a free account in the same step.
